 Accepted Methods of Payment
We do not offer Net Terms or Open Accounts at this time; payment in full
must be made when you place your order. If you are ordering from outside
the United States or shipping to a location outside the United States
or its Territories, please see International Payment
Terms.
We currently accept these forms of payment for Domestic orders:
Credit Cards: VISA and Mastercard
Bank Drafts: Check, Money Order or Wire Transfer
COD Orders: We do not accept COD orders
International Payment Terms
Due to the increase in credit card fraud, we regret that we can no longer
accept credit cards from international customers.
If your order originates from outside the United States, or is shipped
to an international address, we accept these forms of payment:
Bank Drafts issued in $US funds: International
Money Order or Wire Transfer.
Please Note: International is defined as any country other than the US
or its Territories, including Canada and Mexico.
Shipping Methods
Shipping Options
We will always check for the best prices and safest method to ensure delivery before we ship your order. If you have a specific preference in shipper, or if you have an account with a specific shipper you would like us to use, we will be happy to do so upon request and with advance notice.
Typically, we find these to be the best options for shipment in the United States (domestic) and Worldwide (international):
Domestic: United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground, 3 day Select Ground, 2nd Day Air & Next Day Air.
International: The customer's shipping agent only.
At this time we do not recommend shipment by USPS Parcel Post for domestic orders. Should that be your preference, however, please keep in mind that delivery may not be as prompt as you expect. Further, we cannot guarantee shipments sent outside of the United States via USPS and, as such, will not ship using that agent.
Domestic Guidelines
Domestic/North American shipments are typically sent UPS ground. We find that the shipping time tends to be 4-7 days after your package leaves our facility.
Our experience is that Puerto Rico, Hawaii and the US Virgin Islands do not have the same delivery issues as other parts of the world and therefore can be sent by standard shipping methods.
International Guidelines
We typically provide shipping for our International customers via UPS Expedited unless an express carrier is specified or requested.
Delivery time will vary due to each individual country's Customs process.
Determining the Cost of Shipping
In order to give you an exact quote on shipping and estimated delivery dates, we need some specific information from you when you place your order:
- Exact Shipping Address including the street address, city, state, country, zip code or other standard delivery information specific to your country;
- Description of Destination... please specify whether the delivery is to a residence, a business located in a residence or a commercial location.
When we contact a shipper for rates, we will use this information as well as information related to the weight of the products ordered and dimensions of shipping containers. All items listed above are required in order for us to get an accurate quote, so please take care to provide all relevant shipping information when you place your order.
