The Construction DictionaryŠ is proud to announce
its new Web site. After many years of living with a tired, outdated, and ill-functioning
Web site, it was long past the time for a change.
Our Web site has been completely revamped including
new features, such as:
- A new branding identifying and encapsulating the essence for publishing
the Construction DictionaryŠ,
- An Event List promoting upcoming functions sponsored by the Construction
DictionaryŠ and the Greater Phoenix Chapter No. 98, NAWIC,
- News briefs keeping members and visitors up to date on what is happening
with the DictionaryŠ and the chapter,
- Links that are easy to find and are navigational friendly,
- Current policies on payment methods, privacy, shipping,
and return policies,
- The capability for expansion,
- Administratively friendly enhancements, and
- A fully functioning shopping cart
Thanks to Jackie Wszalek, Construction DictionaryŠ Chair, who had the foresight,
the imagination, and just plain gumption for making the decision to go forward
with this huge endeavor; to Tami McCarthy, President of the Greater Phoenix
Chapter No. 98, NAWIC, who greeted the concept with enthusiasm and support;
and to the Board of Directors who encompassed the vision and approved the project.
Most of all, we at the Construction DictionaryŠ wish to express our appreciation
and sheer amazement at the results, a truly professional effort and the brainchild
of Ms. Becky Peters, founder and president of B. Peters, Inc., a computer consulting firm, and its subsidiary, Web-o-Mat, a full service Web design and hosting firm.
Becky is a true visionary who listens to what a client says, understands
the complexities of a client's business, and translates that knowledge
into a Web site representative of the client.
From initial contact to Web site completion, Becky has demonstrated
her expertise in Web site development, graphics presentation, and a professional
demeanor in all aspects.
Becky, those involved with the Construction DictionaryŠ wish to express our deepest appreciation for our new presence on the Web. |
